With MobiliMax there is
no contract,
no activation fee and
no hidden fees of any kind. Subscribe to the service for a 1 month or 3 months period. Your subscription is auto-renewed at the end of your prepaid service period. It is
cancelable at any time before the end of your prepaid service period and there are
no cancelation fees.
If you prefer your subscription to not automatically renew and to expire with service after your 1 or 3 months prepaid service period, you simply have to send us an email at

after signing up. This email must contain your phone number enabled for the service and your full name - and must mention that you do not want your subscription to automatically renew. A confirmation email will be sent.
In this case, after the service expires automatically after your prepaid period of 1 or 3 months you will have to sign up online again to any service plan of your choice to re-enable it for your phone number (activation delay applies - see below).
Activation time
Your phone number(s) will be activated for the MobiliMax service within 1 to 10 hours following reception of your online order (Monday to Saturday from 8:30AM to 6PM (Eastern Time), or before 10AM the next business day).
When activation of the service is completed, a
confirmation email is sent to the email address you specified when signing up to the MobiliMax service. It confirms that the service has been activated for your phone number(s) and that you can start using it right away. This email contains detailed and simple instructions to use the service. Also, to notify you that the service has been activated and is ready to be used, a
text message will be sent to the cell phone number you indicated when signing up.
