1- What is MobiliMax Canada Edition?
For an economical flat fee monthly subscription, without any contract, with the MobiliMax service you:

2- How does the service work?
A) MobiliMax Callback version
Service to use if you have a cell phone plan that includes unlimited incoming calls.
Dial the MobiliMax access number that you receive after signing up. (1)
A busy/incomplete call tone is returned and your cell phone hangs up automatically. (2)
The MobiliMax service calls you back immediately. Answer and you get a dial tone.
Enter the number to dial and MobiliMax dials it and connects the call automatically.
(1) Use your cell phone's ‘One-touch dialing’ or speed dial feature to quickly dial the access number.
B) MobiliMax Direct version
Dial the MobiliMax Direct access number that you receive after signing up. (1)
A dial tone is returned immediately.
Enter the number to dial and MobiliMax dials it and connects the call automatically.
(2) Tip: With MobiliMax Direct, you can also dial numbers directly from your cell phone's address book. Edit a contact in your address book by adding the MobiliMax Direct access number in front of your contact's phone number following by two pause characters (number of pause characters may vary depending on cell phone model). Save your changes and you can now call your contact directly from your cell phone's address book using MobiliMax Direct.
To place unlimited calls with MobiliMax Direct without using any airtime minutes you must assign the MobiliMax Direct access number to be one of your favorite 5 numbers in your cell phone's Top 5 option taken with your wireless carrier.
C) Additional features
The following features are included in all MobiliMax plans at no extra charge.
Virtual CallerID - NEW FEATURE!
By default, the MobiliMax service always displays your phone number to the people you call. However, the Virtual CallerID feature that you can decide to use allows you to display to the people you call a Virtual callerID, i.e. a callerID other then your cell phone number! This feature can be very useful for businesses who do not want their employees (e.g. service technicians, sales people, etc.) to give out their cell phone numbers, but instead when calling to display the company 's office or main customer service number to customers so they can call it back.
The Virtual CallerID feature is also very useful for people who do not want to give out their cell phone number and that prefer to be called back to another number, and that find that hiding their callerID doesn’t get the right result from their recipients.
To activate the Virtual CallerID feature, after signing up to any MobiliMax Canada Edition plan, send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your phone number activated for the MobiliMax service and indicate "I want my Virtual CallerID to be: " + phone number (10 digits) you want to use as your Virtual CallerID.
Even when your Virtual CallerID feature is enabled, note that you can decide to display your cell phone number for calls you want by entering 111 in front of the phone number to dial with the MobiliMax service.

It is always your phone number that is displayed to the person you call, unless you use the Virtual CallerID feature described above. Private call:
To block your cell phone number and prevent it from being displayed to the person you call, simply enter 000 (three zeros) in front of the number you want to dial. Integrated speed dial:
The MobiliMax service allows you to speed dial up to 9 favorite numbers. Assign your favorite numbers to your cell phone’s 1 to 9 keys via the easy-to-use MobiliMax interactive voice system. At the dial tone that’s returned by the MobiliMax service, type in a 2-digit code to access the MobiliMax voice system to quickly set up your speed dial numbers. To use a speed dial, at the dial returned by the MobiliMax service, simply type in a speed dial key (1 to 9 key) on your cell phone followed by the # key and the assigned phone number is automatically dialed and the call connected. At anytime you can enter any number you want to call at the dial tone returned by the MobiliMax service, and it will dial it automatically and connect your call.
3- When and where is the service available?
A) MobiliMax Callback version
MobiliMax Callback service is available in all plans to cell phone users in Canadian metro regions of: Montreal Quebec Ottawa Toronto Calgary Vancouver Halifax.

B) MobiliMax Direct version
MobiliMax Direct service is available anywhere in Canada in all plans. See what is required to use it.

The MobiliMax Canada Edition service - Direct version - can also be used by landlines not only cellphones.
