2- How does the service work?

A) Unlimited calls from Florida to Canada, USA and to 32 other countries

MobiliMax Snowbird Edition is very easy to use.

Dial the MobiliMax Florida access number that you receive after signing up. (1)

A dial tone is returned immediately.

Enter the number to dial and MobiliMax dials it and connects the call automatically.

(1) To quickly dial the Florida access number you can use your home phone's speed dial feature . Or if you are using a cell phone instead of a land line, you can use its 'One-touch dialing' or speed dial feature to quickly dial the Florida access number. You can also press your cell phone's 'Send' key two times to quickly redial the access number.

B) Family and friends from Canada can call you unlimited in Florida

With your subscription to the MobiliMax Snowbird Edition service, we:

How does it work? When you sign up to the service, you get a local access number in Canada that you can communicate to people you want to so they can call you in Florida without any long distance charges. For example, if in Canada you are from Toronto region, we provide you with an access number in the 647 area code. Family and friends in Canada can use this local number to call directly your USA/Florida phone number activated for the service. They call you unlimited and without any long distance charges.

Displayed number:
It is always your phone number that is displayed to the person you call.

Private call:
To block your cell phone number and prevent it from being displayed to the person you call, simply enter 000 (three zeros) in front of the number you want to dial.

Integrated speed dial:
The MobiliMax service allows you to speed dial up to 9 favorite numbers. Assign your favorite numbers to your cell phone’s 1 to 9 keys via the easy-to-use MobiliMax interactive voice system. At the dial tone that’s returned by the MobiliMax service, type in a 2-digit code to access the MobiliMax voice system to quickly set up your speed dial numbers. To use a speed dial, at the dial returned by the MobiliMax service, simply type in a speed dial key (1 to 9 key) on your cell phone followed by the # key and the assigned phone number is automatically dialed and the call connected. At anytime you can enter any number you want to call at the dial tone returned by the MobiliMax service, and it will dial it automatically and connect your call.

Place calls from your cell phone's address book
You can also dial numbers directly from your cell phone's address book. Edit a contact in your address book by adding the access number in front of your contact's phone number following by two pause characters (number of pause characters may vary depending on cell phone model). Save your changes and you can now call your contact directly from your cell phone's address book using MobiliMax Snowbird Edition.

4- What is required to use MobiliMax Snowbird Edition?

B) If you want to use the MobiliMax Snowbird service with a cell phone

All MobiliMax Snowbird Edition service plans can be used with a cell phone from any wireless carrier instead of a land line. The service works with any cell phone model. Your cell phone number must be a USA phone number.

If you do not want to use any airtime minutes in your cell phone plan and avoid long distance fees when not local to one of our Florida access numbers, it is strongly recommended to use a cell phone plan with the USA wireless carrier of your choice that includes one of these options:

TOP 5 nation-wide option

Offered by most USA wireless carriers and allows you to call unlimited up to 5 U.S. numbers, local or nation-wide/long distance. Note that an option allowing to call only 1 USA number unlimited is sufficient. Assign one Florida access number to your Top 5 nation-wide option and place unlimited calls to Canada, the USA and overseas with MobiliMax Snowbird Edition, without any airtime charge and without any cell phone long distance charges.
