Q-01: How do I use MobiliMax?

Answer: It’s simple. Before placing a call, dial the MobiliMax Callback service number and you get a busy/incomplete call signal. MobiliMax Callback hangs up the line automatically and immediately calls you back. Upon answering, you get a dial tone. Dial the phone number you want to call and the number is dialed automatically and the call connected. Save time by using the ‘One-touch dialing’ key or a speed dial feature on your cell phone to quickly dial the MobiliMax access number. For mode details on how the MobiliMax Callback service works, click here.

The MobiliMax Direct service, other version of the MobiliMax service, returns a dial tone immedialtely after dialing its access number. MobiliMax Direct requires a cell phone with a Top 5 option and the MobiliMax Callback service requires a cell phone with unlimited incoming calls - from any wireless carrier. As a MobiliMax subscriber, you can use the MobiliMax Callback or MobiliMax Direct service. Both are offered in the same plans and at the same rates.

Q-02: What is required in my cell phone plan to use the service?

Answer: A plan that includes unlimited incoming calls anytime (not only nights and week-ends unless you want to limit your usage of MobiliMax during those periods) is required to get unlimited outgoing calls at anytime with the Callback version of the MobiliMax Canada Edition service. When you combine the MobiliMax service to a cell phone plan that includes unlimited incoming calls from any wireless carrier (Rogers, Fido, Telus, Bell, Koodo, etc.), you can receive unlimited calls (with your cell phone plan) and place unlimited calls with MobiliMax for a flat convenient monthly fee without any other charges. If you do not currently have a cell phone plan that includes unlimited incoming calls, simply contact your wireless carrier to change to such a plan, it only takes a few minutes. Even if you are under contract with your wireless carrier (!,2 or 3 years), ask them to change your account for a cell phone plan that includes unlimited incoming calls.

Or you can use the Direct version of the MobiliMax Canada Edition service, then a Top 5 option from your wireless carrier is required. A Top 5 option allows unlimited calls up to 5 favorite numbers. A Top 5 nation-wide option instead of a Top 5 local option is required if your phone's number is not local to at least one of these area codes: 514/450 (Montreal metro region), 416/647 (Toronto metro region), 613 (Ottawa metro region), 902 (Halifax metro region), 604 (Vancouver metro region). Why? Because a Top 5 nation-wide option allows you to call a favorite number that is a long distance to your cell phone (within Canada) without any long distance charges and without using any airtime minutes. To use MobiliMax Direct, a Top 5 nation-wide option is also recommended if you travel often outside of your local calling zone. Assign the MobiliMax Direct access number to be one of your favorite 5 numbers in your cell phone's Top 5 option and make unlimited outgoing calls - local and long distance to any number (depending on your MobiliMax plan).

Q-03. Can I place calls 24/7 with MobiliMax?

Answer: Yes absolutely, unlimited outgoing calls can be placed anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no restrictions.

Q-04. Do I need to contact my wireless provider?

Answer: No, you do not need to contact your wireless provider to subscribe to the MobiliMax service. MobiliMax works independently from your current wireless provider and in no way affects your contract. The only thing you need to verify is that you currently are using a cell phone plan that includes unlimited incoming calls - OR - a Top 5 option (one or the other is required to use the MobiliMax service). Then, simply subscribe to MobiliMax and we will activate your phone number for the service and you will get unlimited outgoing calls.

Q-05: Can I use MobiliMax outside of my local calling area?

Answer: Calls origination must be from your local calling area. Making calls with the MobiliMax Callback service when you are outside of your local calling area is not recommended as your carrier will charge his applicable long distance or roaming fees. This is not due to the MobiliMax Callback service but inherent to how wireless carriers work and charge their subscribers when they receive calls while outside of their local calling area. When you are in your local calling area, you can make all the calls you want using the service.

You travel often outside of your local calling zone and you want to benefit from unlimited outgoing calls? Then use with your cell phone a Top 5 national option from your wireless carrier, and assign the MobiliMax Direct access number to be one of your favorite 5 numbers and do unlimited outgoing calls - local and long distance (depending on your MobiliMax plan) - to any numbers you want and wherever you are placing a call from in Canada, without any long distance charges and without using any airtime minutes.

Q-06. Will my wireless service change if I use MobiliMax?

Answer: No, your wireless service will not be affected when you use MobiliMax. MobiliMax will enable you to benefit from unlimited outgoing calls for a small flat monthly fee so as to reduce your wireless expenses.

Q-07: Will MobiliMax affect the quality of my calls?

Answer: No. When using MobiliMax, the quality of your calls remains the same. No one will know the difference.

Q-08. Will I be billed for calls when I use MobiliMax?

Answer: No. When you dial the MobiliMax Callback access number, no communication is established. As soon as you hear the busy signal, just hang up. So far, you have not used up any air time. Your wireless provider doesn’t charge for calls that haven’t been established. MobiliMax will automatically call you back (no airtime is used because you have an unlimited incoming calls plan) and then all you have to do is dial the number you need to contact. It’s that simple. No airtime will be used whatever the duration of your call.

If you use the MobiliMax Direct version of the service with your cell phone plan's Top 5 option, simply add the MobiliMax Direct access number as a favorite number into your Top 5, it is a regular 10 digit Canadian phone number. After doing that, call the Direct access number unlimited with no airtime minutes charge by your wireless carrier, the MobiliMax Direct version returns a dial tone from which you can call unlimited.

Q-09. How is MobiliMax billed? How do I cancel my subscription?

Answer: MobiliMax doesn’t charge on a per call basis. MobiliMax is a subscription-based service available on a monthly or tri-monthly basis. MobiliMax service doesn’t require a 1, 2 or 3-year contract, there is no contract. You can talk as much as you want for a small flat monthly fee with no added or hidden charges. The only amount charged is your plan's rate plus applicable sales taxes. Your subscription is renewed automatically at the end of your first 1-month or 3-month  period, you are billed for subsequent 1-month or 3-month periods of service (depending on plan you sign up to) until you contact us before your next billing date to change service plan or to cancel your subscription. If you have subscribed to a 30-days only plan, subscription and service will automatically expire after a 30 days period, you will have to re-order on novoticplus.com the plan of your choice to create a new subscription for your client account and then service will be re-activated.

You may submit a subscription cancellation request at any time using one of the following methods: email (write at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Subscription cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to next billing date. A subscription cancellation confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours following your request.

You can sign up to the MobiliMax service on line (quickest and easiest way to sign up and get service activated) or by phone at 1.888.776.2206.

Q-10. What happens if I forget to call the MobiliMax number before placing a call?

Answer: If you forget to call the MobiliMax number before placing a call, your wireless provider will simply charge your account with outgoing minutes for the duration of your call. Your calls will be placed through the MobiliMax network only when you dial the access number provided to you upon activation.

Q-11. Where is the MobiliMax service available?

Answer:
All MobiliMax plans are available to cell phone users in the following Canadian metropolitan regions: Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and Halifax.

You live outside these metro regions? No problem. The following MobiliMax plans are available to cell phone users in other Canadian cities and regions: Canada, North America and International plans. If you live in the U.S., the MobiliMax U.S. Edition service is available to USA cell phone users.

Note - MobiliMax Callback version:
Worried about dialing a MobiliMax Callback access number available in each of the 7 cities listed above, well don't be. Even if you are long distance to these cities, none of the calls that you make to a MobiliMax Callback access number are completed calls (the service returns a busy/incomplete call signal) therefore, you will not be charged on your cellular bill for them by your wireless carrier. When the service calls you back right away, your cell phone provider will rate it as incoming minutes all while you are doing an outgoing call. That is why you need to use a cell phone plan that includes unlimited incoming calls. That way, you do not use any outgoing airtime minutes in your cell phone plan and you can make all the outgoing calls you want. The service calls you back right away for you to call anywhere local or anywhere in Canada, in the U.S. or the world (depending on your MobiliMax plan) without using any airtime minutes (requires a cell phone plan with unlimited incoming calls plan). A cell phone plan that includes unlimited incoming calls can be found at most wireless carriers and usually starts at $25 a month.

Note - MobiliMax Direct version:
If you have a Top 5 national option from your wireless carrier with your cell phone, use the MobiliMax Direct service to call any number - local or long distance (depending on your MobiliMax plan) - without any long distance charges and without using any airtime minutes. If you have a Top 5 national option, the MobiliMax Direct service is available to you wherever you are located in Canada. If you are using a Top 5 local option instead of a national one, your cell phone must be local to one of these area codes to place unlimited outgoing calls with MobiliMax Direct: 514/450 (Montreal metro region), 416/647 (Toronto metro region), 613 (Ottawa metro region), 902 (Halifax metro region), 604 (Vancouver metro region). Assign the MobiliMax Direct access number to be one of your favorite 5 numbers in your cell phone's Top 5 option and make unlimited outgoing calls - local and long distance (depending on your MobiliMax plan) - to any number you want.

Note that the MobiliMax Direct service also available to residential phone lines to place unlimited outgoing long distance calls. Your line must be local to one of the following area codes to place unlimited outgoing calls with MobiliMax Direct version: 514/450 (Montreal metro region), 416/647 (Toronto metro region), 613 (Ottawa metro region), 902 (Halifax metro region), 604 (Vancouver metro region). Available plans for residential phone lines are: Canada, North America and International.

Q-12: Who do I contact if I experience a problem with the service?

Answer: Mobilimax is a high availability and reliability 24/7 service. If you have any questions regarding the service or your subscription, or experience a problem using the service, you may contact customer service at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by submitting a request with the online form at the Contact Us page for a quick reply, or call 1.888.776.2206.

Q13-: Is this service legitimate?

Answer: Yes absolutely, the Mobilimax Canada Edition service lets you get more out of your wireless plan. It only takes advantage of your cellular phone provider's existing pricing structure that does not charge its customers for uncompleted or busy outbound calls (when calling access number) and does not charge them for inbound calls (when getting called back by service) or calls to favorite numbers (when using Direct version of the service with a Top 5 option from your wireless carrier). It's 100% legal because you are simply benefiting from the pricing features already inherent in your cellular service contract to minimize your airtime charges. The service is in agreement with the laws of free competition in the telecommunications sector.

Q-14: How long will it take before the service is activated for my cell phone number?

Answer: Answer: Your cell phone number(s) will be activated for the MobiliMax service within 1 to 10 hours following reception of your order (Monday to Saturday from 8:30AM to 6PM (Eastern Time), or before 10AM the next business day).
